Eligibility for Refund
If you have purchased any digital goods (points, ingame currency, etc...) for more than 1 hour, and have not bought a product in the game store, you may be elegible for refunds.
You will not be eligible for refunds if the terms of the service / server rules have been prohibited or violated. In addition, if ZEROOPOINT LTD determines that you are abusing the refund policy, you may not be eligible for refunds.
How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund by opening a support ticket in discord, or contact us by e-mail.
How will I get my refund?
By default, purchases will be refunded using the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and ZEROOPOINT LTD may also agree that refunds should be made using an alternative method. Please note that the amount of time for the refund to be processed depends on your method of payment.

BY ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER OR PURCHASE DIGITAL GOODS YOU DECLARE THAT YOU PERSONALLY AND INTENTIONALLY CONSENT TO ALL THE POLICIES MENTIONED ABOVE. WHICH BY THEN MEANS YOU ARE NOT ELIGABLE FOR ANY SORT OF CHARGE-BACKS AS LONG AS THE VIRTUAL CURRENCY WHICH IS ZEROOPOINT LTD HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
